1. Services & Custom Orders
Product Customization: T&L Sweet Fluff Factory provides custom artisan cotton candy, treat packages, and event catering services. Designs, colors, and flavors may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking or ordering process (including event dates, guest counts, and allergy notices).
2. Pricing and Payments
Quotes and Pricing:** All pricing for custom packages or catering events is subject to change unless locked in by a formal written quote or invoice.
Deposits :Are non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
Final Payment:The remaining balance for any package or service must be paid in full by the due date specified on your invoice (typically 7 to 14 days prior to the event).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellations: If you cancel your order or event booking, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specific window close to the event date (e.g., less than 7 days) may forfeit the entire payment. Inclement Weather & Force Majeure:** Because our cotton candy products are highly sensitive to humidity and heat, outdoor events require a climate-controlled backup plan. We are not liable for product degradation due to environmental factors beyond our control or events meeting the threshold of Force Majeure.

4. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Allergen Disclaimer: While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our products are prepared in facilities that handle common allergens (including dairy, nuts, wheat, and soy).
Customer Responsibility:** It is the customer's sole responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens. T&L Sweet Fluff Factory is not liable for allergic reactions.
